The 10.1” ASUS Eee PC T101MT makes yet another event appearance, it’s been a whole year now, since the T101 showed up way back at CES 2009. Since then it’s undergone a few changes with the major change being it now has Pinetrail guts with an Atom N450 processor.
Strangely, despite being branded as multi-touch in the promo stickers (which mention a “resistive multi-touch panel”) and in the model name, the screen did not register multiple touches according to a few people at the show. However Fudzilla notes the exhibit model comes with Windows 7 Starter (which I think it is given the non-translucent taskbar I see in pictures). Windows 7 starter doesn’t support multi-touch. We’ll have to wait until someone confirms this.
It’s going to be released sometime this year. No word on pricing or availability just yet.

For me if I was in the market for a netbook I would have to factor in the cost for windows home premium as starter is just so limited.
The Eee T101MT is already on sale at qbitonline. It is priced at about US$580. The only drawback is that it is only available in Chinese, but at least it has worldwide warranty.
