An Anonymous tipster has leaked out pictures and specs of the Gateway EC18T (first I’ve heard about it) an upcoming 11.6” convertible tablet PC.
Looking at the specs it seems to fall into the thin and light CULV category: An Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB RAM, Intel GS45 express chipset, and for the OS, Windows 7 Home Premium or Basic.
None of this info is official though. No word on pricing, availability and what sort of touch screen it has and if it will be multi-touch.

So, does this mean Acer is coming with such a model too? And speaking of 11.6” tablet convertibles the Kohjinsha EX6 announced a couple of months ago still hasn’t been released yet or at least nobody has gotten a hold of it.

Looks very nice. If someone pairs an 11.6” tablet with a CULV and a dedicated graphics chip, *and* it maintains good battery life, I’ll be the first buyer.
