BabyPC has put up their review of the 12.1” iiView A2, the MacBook Air in netbook form. Yesterday, they gave us a tour of the machine.
In addition to Windows 7 RC 1 being pre-installed, they’ve also pre-installed some popular software: RocketDock, Skype, Google Earth, Avast! Anti Virus, WinRAR, Adobe Reader and Super Internet TV (never heard this last one).
Plus points for the matte display and matte inner chassis.
An Atom N270 processor, 2GB RAM, Intel 945SE Chipset, 12.1” 1280 x 800 Display, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, 320GB HDD, 2x USB, mini-HDMI port (attaches to external VGA adapter), audio jacks. Comes with a 6-Cell battery.
It’s available in Australia and Singapore.

The black keyboard is uuuuuugly
Pre-installing Win7 RC! I’m pretty sure that’s illegal to be distributed in a commercial product.
In the video he does state they ship a Vista license with it so that you can upgrade once final Win7 released in October…
