MSI have yet to announce their Wind netbook lineup with Windows 7 but I just noticed this over at the MSI product pages, a new 12-inch MSI Wind model, the Wind12 U230 which sports the new AMD Athlon Neo X2 dual-core processor (AMD Yukon MV40/L335) along with ATI Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics and Windows 7 Home Premium.
Other than those two features, the rest of the specs and the look of the machine stay the same as the U210: a 12.1” 1366 x 768 display, up to 4GB RAM, 160-320GB HDD, 1.3MP Webcam, Gigabit LAN, 802.11n Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth, HDMI, 3x USB, VGA and HDMI. Battery life good for up to 4 hours (with the 6-cell most likely, there is a 3-cell battery too). Weighs 1.3kg.
As far as I’m aware this U230 hasn’t been officially announced yet and I do not see it in on any online stores though yet.
