  • 10.1” Fujitsu M2010 $260 + Free Shipping

Update: The LifeBook MH380 has been announced over at Fujitsu America. 7.5 hour battery life with the 6-cell battery. Priced at $449 and will go on sale next month in January 2010.

Ah, the other netbook alongside the Dell Mini 10 Pinetrail netbook in today’s Intel video, is the Fujitsu MH380 netbook which we’ve seen pop up at the FCC already (no photos previously though). It has been officially announced over at Fujitsu Philippines.

The design is pretty unusual especially that circle area beside the tiny multi-touch trackpad which is for circular motion scrolling. You can still scroll normally with the touchpad, too. Glad to see another netbook with a HD capable screen.

Fujitsu MH380 specs:

  • Atom N450 (1.6GHz) processor
  • 10.1” 1366 x 768 display (glossy, 200 nits)
  • 1 - 2GB RAM
  • 250GB HDD
  • Card reader, audio jacks
  • 1.3M Webcam
  • Atheros 802.11n Wi-Fi, 10/100 LAN
  • Bluetooth 2.1+EDR
  • 1.3kg / 2.97 lbs weight
  • 6-cell battery (capacity unknown, 7.5 hour battery)
  • Windows 7 Starter

Price and availability not known at this stage. Will be available in Gorgeous Brown, Ivory White and Black Diamond. Glad they are getting rid of the red color this time.

There seems to be a trend of putting high res displays into oddly designed netbooks.
