High End Eee PC 1005PE-H Model Shows Up In France

A new high end version of the ASUS Eee PC 1005PE has popped up in France known as the 1005PE-H. My first thoughts were perhaps it comes with a HD 1366 x 768 display, but no it’s the standard 1024 x 600 resolution. You’ve also got the same Atom N450 processor and a slightly lower capacity 4400 mAh battery (11 hours). What you do get though is an upgrade from 1 to 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD to 320GB HDD and Windows 7 Home Premium instead of Starter.

Price for the 1005PE-H is 349 Euros instead of 299 Euros for the 1GB / 250GB / W7 Starter model. No word on whether we’ll see this outside of Europe just yet.
