PC Authority have a huge chart comparing the battery life of many many netbooks. Note that they only show netbooks available in Australia so some may be missing like the Samsung N130 (Go in the US) which only just became available over there I think). Another example is that the MSI Wind U123 is not available with a 9-cell battery.
The Samsung N110 comes out on top at 11 hours, 08 mins slightly beating out the MSI Wind U115 Hybrid, Samsung N120 and Toshiba NB200 netbooks.
Strangely, battery results differ depending on who you ask. LaptopMag rated the Toshiba Mini NB205 (same as the NB200) as having more battery life than the Samsung N110.
Also some of these netbooks coming with various battery sizes (3-cell or 6-cell) which is not indicated in the chart which can be misleading.

What kind of program are you using to run down the battery?
I’m personally a fan of the script Laptop uses. Seems to really simlulate netbook usage, web browsers opening and closing among other things.
