According to Digitimes, January 11 seems to be the official launch date for Pine Trail netbooks using the Atom N450 processor - Intel has an agreement with manufacturers not to launch products on or before January 10.
ASUS, Acer, Lenovo and MSI, all of which planned to release Pine Trail netbooks in December, are all set to launch their next generation netbooks after this date. Seems like we might be seeing netbooks with Intel’s Moblin OS too.
We should be seeing all these new netbooks (and smartbooks) in early January at CES 2010.
