Samsung N220 Reviewed - 7 Hour Battery Life

Netbooknews.it has a review up for the new Pinetrail Samsung N220 netbook. Surprisingly the review is still quite readable through translation and the photos are very well done.

Again, the N220 sports a matte display which is plenty bright and offers good viewing angles and a 500:1 contrast ratio. No qualms on the chiclet keyboard and multi-touch trackpad. There’s the new instant-on Hyperspace OS though there’s not much detail on that - not that anybody’s going to use that. Linux compatibility was good, a few issues but at least Wi-Fi was working. Battery life with the 6-cell 4,400 mAh battery is good for around 6 - 7 hours.

The Samsung N220 is still not available in the US yet.
