Samsung N310 Reviewed

LaptopMag has reviewed the new Samsung N310 netbook that was released in the UK a short while ago.

Wow, $479. You’re certainly paying for the fashion aspect of this netbook which was designed by some Japanese designer. I see no real surprises reading the pros and cons, and nice to see them state the ugly, giant Samsung logo on the front as a con, heh.

While I’ve heard about the battery life being sub-par to other Samsung netbooks, the news about the extended battery is news to me:

The 4-cell battery lasts 3.5 hours, though Samsung is planning to release a higher capacity 8850mAh 6-cell battery that will provide up to 10.5 hours on a single charge.
