Update: See my Stantum Slate PC Hands On Video.
Remember Stantum’s Slate PC proof-of-concept early this week? That Dell Mini 10 modded into slate form with a multi-touch capable digital resistive touchscreen and it had all it’s goodies gutted out - no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Webcam.
Well, they’ve revised it and it now comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (and stylus). As before all the ports are good (HDMI and all) except one USB is taken up for touchscreen usage (I assume).
Not that this matters, as this is not a retail product. There is no warranty, support or after-sales service. It’s aimed at customers that want to adopt the touchscreen technology. It’s priced at 990 Euros (shipping not included.)
