You’ve probably heard about dual display notebooks, but have you heard of dual display tablets? Enter the E-Detail “Prezenter” which is a dual display tablet with netbook / MID innards which was announced way back last year. Trigem is branding it as the Averatec PT1400 “Prezenter” and will offer it for sale next month.

The large, main display is 14-inch in size and the smaller display is 7-inch in size.

Base specs: Atom Z520 (1.33GHz) processor, 80GB HDD, 1GB RAM (2GB Max), Gigabit LAN, 802.11n Wi-Fi, 1.3MP Webcam and Windows XP.
Optional power ups: Atom Z530 or Z540 processors and larger capacity HDDs or SSDs and more. Built-to-order specs for businesses.

Available in Black or White. It will go on sale in North America, Japan and Korea starting in September. Price has not been confirmed yet. This is not aimed at consumers but at the business market. There will be a “prezenter” model at a later date with a smaller 12-inch display.

Check out the Prezenter product page.

This looks really strange, those pictures don’t clarify much either..

So there’s another screen on the opposite side of that articulating one? This seems quite useless, and that secondary screen is really small.
