Viewsonic to Launch Netbooks and Nettops in Australia

That Viewsonic VNB101 netbook (ASUS Eee PC S101 lookalike) which the guys over at Netbooknews showed us in Taiwan last month, is going to launch in Australia next month.

Atom N280 processor, 10.2” 1024x600 Display, Intel GMA950 Graphics, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, Windows XP Home.

It’s pretty slim at 25.4mm thick, offers 2.5 hours of battery life (eww). Will be available in Black, Champagne and Red. Pricing unknown yet.

Looking at ViewSonic’s product page in Australia, looks like they will also be selling the VOT series nettops too.
