Obviously the coolest feature of the ASUS Eee PC T91MT netbook is that it converts into tablet mode and you can browse the web with your finger or stylus. Here’s a look at web browsing in Google Chrome with your finger and stylus. Really enjoying it so far, and the Atom Z520 processor isn’t too bad - just fast enough so I am not frustrated.

How does Google Earth work on that? Is navigation with multitouch usable in slate format?
I envision using a tablet like this as a real time navigation aid while hiking in the forest. So being able to use Google Earth while standing up, using cached data and overlays I’ve put together is one of the ‘Grails’ for me when I look at devices like the T91.
G.E. is a pleasure to use with a Wacom tablet, as the side buttons can be assigned to serve as modifier keys; holding down a side button and swiping fore and aft can zoom, tilt, or whatever depending on which modifier you’re holding.
Can multi touch be made to perform similarly with GE?
Thanks for sharing your experiences!
